A quick story of myself which isn’t the most glamorous thing you’ll read today
How’d I go from living with a single

“Health is wealth”
I don’t know if you’ve come across this quote
You probably have and it does make a lot of sense to you
When your health is deteriorating, that’ll be the only thing that MATTERS
And I see lots of people not prioritize this
And to me it’s insane…
Why would you let yourself go like that?
Why would you show and tell the world that you hate yourself?
You see… your gut is connected to your mind
If your mind is distracted, unfocused, and undisciplined
You’ll be behind…
In pretty much every SINGLE aspect of your life
So… if you’re looking to scale your business
But you look down and see the culmination of all the bad eating habits you’ve got
A beer belly
Think about it…
Would you really be able to scale that business?
You can’t control yourself from binging on every food you see

While it is true that genetics plays a huge role

Once we get that sorted out, you’re “unpulling” the trigger
